Terms of payment
The rent for stand, space or table must be reimbursed by the date given in the invoice.
Registration of exhibitors
All exhibitors are obliged to send their registrations to the fair management. The registration point will be located in the exhibition hall and operate throughout the stand fitting, fair proper and disassembly. The exhibitors can register from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. The exhibitors will also receive their exhibitor´s cards during the registration. No space will be assigned if the lease has not been paid.
Promotion of the fair
The organizer will issue an A3 poster and leaflets inviting visitors to the fair. The exhibitors can order these promotional articles.
The organizer is preparing a full-scale promotional campaign for the fair, including Facebook, PPC promotion, posters, leaflets, direct e-mail etc.
The use of the fair´s logo on articles sold by the exhibitor during the fair is subject to the organizer´s consent.
Entry of vehicles to the premises
Each car entry is charged with 150 CZK or 6 € fee.
Insurance
The exhibitors do not have to insure their goods, but the organizer waives any responsibility for any loss of or damage to the goods.
